Hire terms

Summary of key conditions

Bookings are request-based and subject to approval.
A valid Australian driver licence of the required class must be held and verified.
Minimum driver age and insurance eligibility conditions apply.
A security bond and insurance excess may apply and are confirmed before approval.
Equipment must not be overloaded or used outside the approved intended use.
Fuel must be returned at the agreed level and equipment returned clean and on time.
The hirer is responsible for damage, loss, tolls, fines and recovery costs during the hire period.
Asbestos, contaminated waste, hazardous materials and prohibited substances must not be carried without written approval and full legal compliance.
Only approved and listed drivers may operate the equipment.
